Ever tried speckle trout in 1/2 flour-1/2 corn meal. Dip the fish in egg wash...(1 egg beat with a few tabs of beer) then cover with the meal/flour and put em in hot oil.......deep water scallops are sinful done this way.

Phssssssssssssssssssst!!!!!!!

Ps: Drink the remaining beer while the oil is heating.
