Of course you can form an opinion at any time for any reason. It is a matter of wether it is a sound one. That perhaps will be for the viewers of this board to decide. I did not say you should not form opinions I do say I disagree with them in that you are premature in stating your conclusions of fact on events that have yet to occur. Perhaps you are an attorney or are with full knowedge of the legal tests that must be met. Perhaps not.... It will interesting to see how this litigation unfolds....
