THE INNER CIRCLE NEWSLETTER TODAY Microforum is about 50% off its' recent high of $12. Technically, a 50% retracement after a strong run is not uncommon and often a price consolidation takes place at this level before a quality stock will move back up.
From a more fundamental point of view, Microforum has had a solid revenue growth record (see below) and has expanded by strategic acquisitions which in turn increase market share and ultimately will drive earnings.
The moral of the story is, stick with quality revenue growth oriented companies, buy when the share price is low, and take some profits when the prices surge.
It sounds simple but few seem to do actually do this. For heads up technical buy and sell opportunities, subscribe to Trade Alerts at www.billridley.com _________________________________________________________
