Actually Christopher all three examples you posed are covered under my three basic laws.

The pig farmer would be guilty of "stealing" my property value and would be forbidden to put his farm there.

My run away wife would be guilty of "stealing" child support money.

People who did not contribute money to build the highway would be guilty of "stealing" it from those who did if they attempted to use it.

When you stop and think about it probably 99% of all laws are based on these three.
