Yes, Mathew Modine played Don Francis.

Also, Dustin Hoffman's character in "Outbreak" was based on Don Francis.

I think that when you consider the fact that placebo effects have been recorded to be over 60% efficacious, it is not difficult to imagine this vaccine protecting 3 out-of-ten high risk volunteers. Not to say that these are analogous items, but it just points out how easy it is to achieve this level of efficacy, with anything.

But the vaccine is more than just anything. It has shown to be 100% protective in the chimp model (the only model there is for HIV) and has been shown to elicit high levels of antibodies when injected in humans.

I would never suggest that anyone sell the house to make an investment, but it certainly seems to me that at the current share price reason would indicate that some portion of this be in an investor's portfolio -- before everyone finds out just how great an investment this is and the stock price gets away from you.
