so ALSC only get's $100mil of UMC?

so if it's a $200mil company at $5,
then that $100mil would only get it
up to $7.50, much more than it's now
trading. am I right? then add the
$2 from Broadcom, you get to $9.50

am I in the ballpark here?

Needham has a price target of $12.50
I guess they're hoping ALSC will turn
a profit on its operations, but I'm
not so optimistic, and prefer book.
