I tried listening to the Bell interview over my 56k modem. It was extraordinarily painful. Apparently the video is encoded for a minimum 80k connection.

He did discuss that the "user install" which should dramatically increase install rates would be coming "between the first and third quarters next year".

I'll try again once I figure out how to make it play just the audio. All that stopping and starting made understanding very hard.
