Don- It depends upon your risk/reward interest. Frankly, it's the same as when you bought the calls in the first place. Of course, if the stock closes below 10, the options are worthless. However, the options are still alive until noon tomorrow. You just need to tell your broker/order-taker what you intend to do.
I am planning to wait a few more hours, since the stock may move up. If the stock moves solidly above 10, and I can actually profit on the option, I may sell. But if the stock trades higher in the aftermarket (perhaps if THE announcement were made after the closing bell), the options would appreciate as well. Then, if you told your brokerage to sell at a certain price, it could be done, even if it happens tonight. you need to tell them before 4:10pm, though, and not all brokerages can do after hours trading of options.
