Joe, you Toro and others continue to expose your ignorance of the process with you posts. Organizations seldom sucessfully litigate individuals because their costs of doing so are disproportunate to the potential benifits and because the disclosure issues (both in terms of time, cost and risk) are heavily weighted against the organization. In a case like this ZSUN has everything to loose (they have to prove/defend their innocence through the discovery process which is kinda like being in politics where your life can become a open book....yuk who wants that) and little to gain. In the end litigation such as this adds zero shareholder value and in fact becomes a major distraction to managment. They'd be more effective spending the enterprises money and their energies on efforts that will enhance shareholder value
ZSUN's pursuit of this litagation reveals their ignorance and/or their motive (short term). Both are significant negatives from a long term investiment viewpoint and bode well for those on the short side of this one.
Your inference about cost, jail etc.... is all a bit juvenile. Come on why don't you quite hyping your stupid, ignorant, ill thought out and foolish little theories and post something thoughtfull and factual. Of course your probably a long of some POS stock that AG has blasted and your arguments about the particular stock that you love/hype are probably very similar to those that you have offered here concerning AG's legal situation.....meaning stupid, ignorant, ill thought and foolish. Of course that's why your pissed off with AG and your just too damn proud to leave well enough alone.
