Mr Short Selling Basher (SSB) cum "Smart Posterior"......
If a Tout is someone who believes in a certain investment and is prepared to spend the time to defend it in writing against hordes of bad mannered Barbarian Short Selling Bashers for no compensation, then I guess I am proud to be one.
If I was a Company insider, I would probably get the dates right. However, all I can do, as an active investor, is try and guess to the best of my ability approximately when significant releases may take place, as many others investors do concerning their pet stocks on various threads.
When I venture to make a share price prediction, I usually add that I am Long and Biased for the benefit of the "newbies". I am still waiting for a Short Selling Basher to write: "this stock is toast and will go to zero, bearing in mind that I am a biased SSB..." Where is their intellectual honesty?
I am very familiar with a 10SB Form which requires extensive disclosure, however, since ZSUN is, IMO, anything but a scam, don't count on finding much justifications there to statements, such as that of Realmoney: ZSUN IS A SCAM!!!! THEY'RE MAIN BUSINESS IS TO SELL STOCK!!! THE MANAGEMENT AND THE PROMOTERS SHOULD BE IN PRISON!! Now, a REAL company would surely sue me for such slanderous remarks. A fake bogus stock selling scam would be too afraid of my lawyers to do anything!! So the challenge has been made. I say they are slime and their silence will confirm it!!!!!!
I can't see the 10SB helping him or the others either. I am confident that you won't have much longer to wait to see the 10SB, certainly before the 27th July. If you have other questions and are genuinely interested in finding out the answers, as against just making "Short Sellers" self serving statements, I suggest you contact the Company and speak to one of the Principals. That's usually what Bona Fide persons do....
