The first time ever: MTCI is talking about Chaper 11 in a news release
I was just reading the following lines and sounds not too good (as nothing sounds too much optimistic anyway after Morris):

" ... Administration is a court-appointed receivership, similar to Chapter 11 proceedings in the United States, according to a spokesman for U.K.-based Management Technologies ..."

What does that EXACTLY mean ? It is a kind of Chapter 11 for MTCI in the UK ?
If yes - WHY ? It was told, that MTCI does not have any -current- debts - because the Reg S "helped out of it".
Also the Total Current Assets of MTCI should be higher, than the Total Currenr Liabilities. At least, this was NEVER in question before !
Not even NASDAQ noticed MTCI for falling out of Listing ? So: WHY this Chapter 11 line in the public press release ?
(Or just we don't know about a NASDAQ de-listing in planning or progress ?)
Regards,
Stefan
