Yes, I believ that. Generally when stocks going down with light volume is good sign, which means those wish to sell have all sold and stock is ready to reverse. Stocks go up with big volume is also good sign. I believe the daily trading activity , especially the price vs volume activity, and the daily chart tells you the whole story.
