DIGG - Jumping Johnboy, It's a Gas Gas Gas

If 20% of what DIGG rep told me, on the phone, pans out in the next few weeks, I will be very happy, and in the next few months, extremely happy.

If I repeated, 100% of what I heard, you'd all call me nuts! And that's not meant to be hype, just protecting my butt!

Anxiously awaiting the portal, and what comes with it. Then what hopefully will follow, for all the interconnected businesses, and spin offs

Digital Gas plans to achieve substantial growth in its oil & gas business by leveraging its assets in the software, Internet and
technology development fields. This leveraging of proprietary products and technologies will occur by:

License
Mergers & Acquisitions
Strategic Partnering
Joint Ventures
Spin-off of Subsidiaries
Outright Sale

To assist the company in achieving its goals, Digital acquired 50% of Kommerce Systems, Inc., a developer, manufacturer and
marketer of information technology products, services and systems.

The technologists at Kommerce have enhanced and improved the productivity of Fortune 500 companies, educational institutions,
the government and other corporate clients on a worldwide basis for over 25 years.

One of the reasons that Digital invested in Kommerce is that it is a "business incubator". Further to that, Kommerce currently plans
to "spin-off" two wholly-owned subsidiaries as separate private companies. They are:

Digital Gas is currently negotiating with several investment advisors and bankers to assist the company in structuring these and
other deals that management firmly believes should positively impact shareholder value for years to come.
