Meeting adjorned this AM still short of majority proxy votes for name change, etc. 10K to be filed end of next week, will detail situation in Fairhaven, which is now virtually on hold. Next concentration will be on S. Hadley project which will hopefully not be burdened with all of the mistakes and bad decisions associated with Fairhaven. Revenue from that, still a year away. Possible new project in NY/NJ area being worked on, but the company must recapitalize during the 1st and 2nd quarters of 1997 and start up again essentially as a new company. Essentially spent 96 digging out of the mess left over from previous management, which is now essentially done. This all from a cordial, if not encouraging in the short term, coversation with CFO Rivkin.
