Good morning Ray and Darren,

If you buy into (in the non financial sense) the AOL story, you will have to apply to them for a hall pass in order to do further DD on Liquid Audio. They will let you know whether it's OK for your poor little sheltered brain to be exposed to the rigours of considering a potential IPO candidate. Please abide by their decision; after all, they ARE AOL, you know.
