mm - Lets face it you have to have your head examined if you go into sept-Oct without proper hedge If thats accurate then the market usually doesn't give you a chance to get out or get covered it anticiaptes waht you are gonig to do and does it before you get there. IIn any event how about the German unemployment figures and the Japanese confidence level. Great world recovery eh ..and inflation just around the corner. We'll see whether its inflation that comes or deflation. Still no doubt there will be the usual talkingheadsd expecting another rate hike in September. As for the autumn why do you expect a re-run of last year? There amy not be any inflation in the systenm but the tech grwoth companies are going to accelerate into the year 2000 and for a few years beyond. Ther is no internatiuonal banking crisis or currency crisis. In fact the stage seems set for a period of good solid growth without exterrnal turbulence to scare the markets. Best regards, L
