San Diego Chargers Selects CycloVision Technologies To Support Interactive
Web Program on CHARGERS.com

NEW YORK, Jul 6, 1999 (BUSINESS WIRE via COMTEX) --
CycloVisionTechnologies, Inc., an emerging start-up specializing in
360-degree technology solutions, today announced that the San Diego
Chargers will integrate the ParaShot, CycloVision's 360-degree digital
camera attachment, to create interactive content on the team's official
Web site, CHARGERS.com (http://www.chargers.com). The Chargers will use
the ParaShot to offer fans a 360-degree perspective of the team's games
and practices, panoramic photos of the Chargers' training facility, and
virtual tours of the Executive Suites at QualcommStadium.

ParaShot's patented technology integrates PC-based software with a
parabolic mirror and relay lens, offering users a fast, easy-to-use
tool to capture and post 360-degree images to a Web site - without
requiring plug-ins, stitching, post-production steps, or additional
processing fees. In a single exposure, ParaShot can instantly create
multi-shot images that capture a full 360-degrees of a playing field,
sports arena, and more. Once captured, images can be rapidly downloaded
to the Web, and navigated on standard browsers using left/right
directional, zoom, pan, and tilt capabilities.

"The CycloVision technology has made it so easy for CHARGERS.com to
provide our fans from around the world with an opportunity to become a
virtual member of the team," explained Doug Sampson, Webmaster of
CHARGERS.com. "The ParaShot's panoramic images instantly bring viewers
into the center of all the action at games, practices, and more,
offering them a behind-the-scenes look that is not available on other
team sites."

"By using the ParaShot technology, the CHARGERS.com Web site provides
viewers with a unique interactive experience," said Andy Robson, CEO of
CycloVision Technologies, Inc. "The ParaShot's 360-degree views are
designed to provide sports franchises like the Chargers with an
interactive tool to cover games and practices, explore play-by-play
shots, analyze team strategies, andmore."

The ParaShot will be used as part of the Chargers' complete Web
overhaul for the 1999 season, with a newly redesigned site scheduled to
debut at the start of the team's training camp in late July. In
addition to continuously updated 360-degree images of the team in
action, the site will include more feature articles, live chat sessions
with players, coaches, staff and cheerleaders, an improved Charger
Girls section, an expanded multimedia section, interactive games, and
regular trivia contests. CHARGERS.com will continue to use the ParaShot
in a variety of different ways throughout theseason, offering
interactive ticket sales, panoramic coverage of charity events, and
more. 360-degree images are already available on the Chargers' Web
site, at chargers.com. For additional information, contact
Doug Sampson of the San Diego Chargers at (619) 874-4500.
