Eagle,

If you want to see p&f charts scaled in 'percents', you can use EZ-PnF and set it to create 'log' scale charts. EZ-PnF let's the user set the box scaling value to a specific price percentage change eg a p&f chart with 1% boxes or 2% or 3.75%, 5%, whatever, etc.

MicrosoftInvestor, Dreyfus Brokerage and Yahoo!Finance have historic mutual fund price data that you can download for free (links to this free data are listed on my web site). The registered version of EZ-PnF includes utilities that 'import' the downloaded data directly without requiring you to use a spreadsheet to edit it.

Using log scale charts makes fund comparisons easier(stocks also, but we're taking about mutual funds here). The chart patterns for funds will look identical regardless of the underlying fund price, as long as the prices change by the same percentage. You can think in terms of percentage directly without needing to do conversions.
