Tom,

It looks to me like Benhamou could have come close to making the original estimates. The stock went from 80 to 33. Revenue dropped a little. I'm sitting on a lot of stock. I'm having hard time viewing his missmanagement of the press as anything more than selfserving.

He's doing what's in his best interest, not mine. Shareholder interest is different from company interest. This CEO likes his job not the shareholders.

The reason he tanked the stock is because a price of 1.75 COMS shares for each USRX share was already agreed to and that lets all of the principles get cheap options and destroys the value of my position over the short term.

His action were good for him and anyone else getting a cut of the combined companies shares. His actions were bad for COMS shareholders and USRX shareholders. I wouldn't go so far as some and support legal action, but I'm not happy.

R&D is good but he didn't manage my stock price at the same time.

Maybe this is all ok, but I don't like it.
