We too have been starving with the old guard. Although it appears that the old group remained in control at the AGM, things are not always what people perceive.

The new group has taken firm control of the company with the resignation of an influential Director. Also the new group has chairmanship of the Audit Committee and the Compensation Committee. The New Group is also represented by the Vice President of Finance, the President and CEO and a third Director.

There are more changes yet to come. We will install people that can operate a mining company and create value for investors - not suck the blood out of shareholders.
