Minor Stuff?? After the AGM, with their hands around the throats of the old CKS management, one Director resigns and a new Director - recommended by the new group - is installed, the new investors have control of Finance, and three Directors. Former Prez demoted to Director of Mining Exploration. The Dentist and Cronies out!! More changes are on the way. People involved that can make all of us some money. The credentials of the new Prez, Chairman, and CEO are outstanding!! He is focused on shareholder value rather than lining his pocket. One more thing.. the clock is ticking for a move to a more professional exchange. Make your pennies while you can.
