ADGI Announces Reinstatement of ADGI as NASDAQ:BB Symbol

HICKORY, N.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 6, 1999--American
Diversified Group (Nasdaq:ADGI) announced Tuesday that it has filed
its 1998 Annual Report on Form 10-KSB and its March 31, 1999 Quarterly
Report on Form 10-QSB with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
As a result, ADGI is current and in compliance with the reporting
requirements of the SEC and the NASD. Effective today, the "e" has
been removed from its symbol and ADGI is not subject to delisting.
Investors may again receive ADGI's stock quotations and trading data
using the symbol "ADGI."
