Are all these addresses suppose to be for you?
According to AZNT Management and Shareholders, they are. I hope they're prepared to respond to some, ah, questions I have about all this. Pugs says:

AZNT is an advertiser on THe Art Bell show in Vegas & I am aware of Bell's suit as well. In my opinion, the investment public is very unaware of the importance of the AZNT federal case vs, Mann, et al.. Though Janice & her group have relentlessly promoted & defended Andy Mann, who, btw, chose not to defend himself & a default was entered against him Jan. 13th, stockholders have honored the judges' request and have been silent concerning the case. We are fully aware of its' importance & significance and patiently awaitthe judge's ruling. Though Janice has told the investment public there "must be a trial" & recently suggested the judge already has ruled, we will not argue her & await the ruling to reveal her for what she is.
This will be followed by the defamation & lible suit. Former SEC attorney Sherwood Cook will be at the helm for this case. I met Sherwood Cook in Vegas. We both gave testimony in the federal case on behalf of AZNT. I believe he is a very articulate, soft spoken and aware individual. The federal case ruling will set the table nicely for the defamation & libel suit imo. Patience & focus is required. Our diligence & endurance will benefit all OTC investors I hope!

I wonder if Cook is aware of his new assignment. Difficult to imagine that any real lawyer would have sanctioned the letter I got the other day, libelous as it is. |
