Chaz;
Sorry for my choice of words, the info was not
in form of a report as such, just his opinions on
ILP as of 3/18. Global would not say if RR has
disposed of any of his stock or if he ever had a
position in the stock.
His firm has never recommended Ilp for
purchase, but said if this situation were in
another country they would be all over it (so would
the rest of the world). RR would recommend purchase
at $.80.
