Shadow, I hope you had a good holiday. I purchased a Latitude notebook about 14 mos. ago and have been very happy with it. Good performance, nice design (good ergonomics), dependable. One of the keys went soft...Dell had a technician at my office with a new keyboard in 48 hours. Best regards, George
