The question is do you want to be stuck in this stock when the SEC does delist MDMI from the OTCBB if MDMI does not become reporting as the law states it must. Look at the track record MDMI has said it would be reporting in the past & never came through. The SEC won't play games they will delist stocks that don't file. The IR has also said that a profile would be on yahoo finace. MDMI still has no yahoo profile. MDMI prove me wrong & file your 10K now.
