I respectfully disagree Mr. Harmon to your response about SOFN.

HSAC may...keyword "may" have Charter Communications. Which "may" give them 6 million customers. Not 10 million as you have stated.

However, the cable market is very large in the USA and SOFN currently has the larger footprint out there.

SOFN has 2 million right now in the USA and 1 million in Japan.

Half of what Charter controls.

HSAC has no international exposure.

SOFN has international exposure in latin america/Japan/Carribean.

HSAC has no high speed two-way satilite transmission of the internet.

SOFN does.

I should wonder why HSAC's own underwriter Lehman Bros. saw no higher potential for HSAC this year than $30. Ususally underwriters put price potential from current trading 50-100% higher. Not 3 points higher when they initiated coverage at $27.

I appreciate your public opinion. But it is my opinion that you haven't completed intense research on SOFN. You have only researched HSAC.
