I will be watching the filings for the next six or eight weeks.

If these guys wouldn't buy their own stock at the prior low levels, it doesn't speak much for the company or their management skills.

They were likely not able to buy before the announcement, but ought to be buying now.

I for one, wouldn't bet on it.
