Your opinion is right on. I lived in Ark. for awhile when WC was governor and toward the middle of his tenure they were beginning to see the mistake they had made in electing them. They thought he was one of them but, it became clear that they didn't mean doodly squat to either one of them and were only being used as a stepping stone. I still have some friends there and they hope he never comes back in any capacity. TD
