Getting Bronson was the original niche that made me want to accumulate. This guy is solid and reputable. Never had a problem with the SEC. He does not deal in the stock and only takes a cash fee plus expenses. I can see where it would pay for Daryl to sell some 144 instead of issuing out Millions of shares that would dilute the market and nothing every come from it. Once they get the financing this one going to be one solid investment. Trying to get a handle on the form 10. Takes 60 days typically after the form 10 before the stock is considered fully reporting ... However filing it makes them in compliance. More as I get it. GB
