ATC at 1 1/8 is ready to run... ATC will release its annual report any day now. It should show a full year's worth of revenues from its cellular phone network in the People's Republic of China. ATC is in the process of partnering with UCOMA and GTS (both $70 stocks). Within the last 15 minutes, the bid on ATC was 60,000 shares at 1 1/8 and the ask was 17,000 at 1 3/16. A large buy order went through at 12:03. Check it out and read the Yahoo board for info. Regards, Tom
