They are almost in compliance again. Last report was 3rd quarter 97 and they have throught the end of '98 (10K & 10Qs)are done just not filed. PCIE have the same CPA and attorneys doing the GAAP audit and the filing. They want to make sure they do not have to make a corrections to these filings. They do not want to have the expense of filing admendments. They would rather take that money and put it into product. Hopefully, they are going to close on one of the several major deals shortly for product orders. Also they are shipping product and have substainual orders now ... More as I can find it out,. GB
