These guys(HDG), are also behind another stock called Foran on the VSE; in fact same type of reserves. What is interesting is that they have had 2 good releases in June and the stock has gone from about 70 cents to 1.25 or so.

I can't believe that they are just focusing on 1 at a time, but maybe it has some bearing on why they are behind here.
