TCT expects that the debenture will convert at or before the December 19, 2002 maturity date. Grant Robertson has stated his opinion only based on the options of both debenture holders and TCT upon maturity. I am not aware of any insider selling which has driven the price of the stock down!! I understand that all shareholders including myself and all of TCT's management are frustrated with the current market of our stock and I have been trying to return everyone's phone calls and will get back to you ASAP. In addition to this, I do not appreciate anyone stating that TCT or myself have misled anyone and look upon these comments as potentially litigious.
