Hi TD,
It looks like the link itself works. I was under the impression that it would not.

Anyway, the simple cut and past keystrokes in windows are:

ctrl-v paste
ctrl-c copy
ctrl-x cut

You can use alt-tab to switch between open windows, and tab to switch between the fields of an open app or window, and shift-tab to move backwards through those same fields.
