I'm more skeptical about this than are you.

No doubt that the analysts strive for correct predictions. My point is that, for the average Joe who doesn't understand market timing and relies on the info from analysts to make buy/sell decisions, it's already too late by the time that those predictions are published -- the window of opportunity has passed. Unless, like so many sheep out there, they're lucky enough to buy high and sell higher.
