Reading the miscellaneous threads, while trading, I came upon your above quote which I fully agree with.. And I would like to ask further. Why So? Most people that claim to be the most religious are the most violent, whether on a individual level or societal level.. The most militaristic parts of our society are the most religious, ie, the Bible Belt. I thought Jesus taught us to turn the other cheek.. But then again, the bible talks about "an eye for an eye" Are these religous people that want to settle all disputes violently, individually or collectively, true Christians? Would a so called Christian today, support the cause of Jesus Christ in his time.. disrupt the status quo?? or would they be the one to crucify him.. I have my ideas.. Just my thoughts..
