and on-schedule launch of eBop, a leading edge community web-site
offering unique content and e-commerce services targeted at individuals
between the ages of 16 to 24 in the United Kingdom. eBop has appointed
a marketing and advertising company with particular expertise and
experience in youth marketing in the United Kingdom. eBop has worked
closely with this appointee to generate an innovative and creative
approach to generating site traffic and advertising. eBop has
approached a number of major advertisers and we are pleased to report
that the site has been very well received, not only for its content but
for the planned marketing initiatives. Over the next month, eBop
management will be executing its plan to attract further advertising,
source new and exciting services, and grow site membership. A team of
editors has been selected from our target community and will provide
key input into web-site content to ensure that the web-site offers
information relevant to our target audience. Currently, the team is
embarking on a tour of major cities in the United Kingdom which will
result in reviews of everything from the local pubs to the local shops.
The Company will provide further details concerning the execution of
eBop's business development plan over the coming month. eBop is very
pleased with the efforts of our multinational web-site development team
consisting of ISIS Technology Services of the UK and Wavefire
Technology Corporation of B.C., Canada. This team will continue to
break new ground and develop new web-site features that appeal to our
target community and continue the evolution of eBop.
The Company is also pleased to announce that it has received
shareholder approval for the change of its name from Reclamation
Management Limited to a name selected by the Board of Directors. At
this time the Board is working to choose a name that better reflects
its future direction and intentions with regard to the identification
of potential internet investments in the United Kingdom and will
announce this name shortly.
The Company also announces that the final payment of 100,000 pounds
due under the acquisition agreement to eBop has occurred.
The Company also announces that they have sold their 25% interest in
the Edmonton and Lethbridge blocks and 50% interest in the Big Valley
Block to Pure Gold Minerals Inc for $200,000.00 payment in Pure Gold
shares at the current market price of $0.15 per share.
There are 108,761,628 issued and outstanding shares. The private
placement has closed with an issuance of 7,500,000 shares, 3,000,000
shares have been issued to eBop Limited as part of the transaction and
1,500,000 millions options have been exercised.
