Casey,

Are you the same Casey that I was talking to about bid/ask sizes on nasdaq stocks? If so, found ya. If not, sorry to bother ya.

Here's two more examples of bogus bid/ask sizes on nasdaq stocks.

IFMX: The spread was 16 3/4 x 16 7/8 and the size was 54 x 86. A 100,000 share block crossed at 16 7/8 and the size immediately went to 10 x 97. The next trade was only a few hundred shares at 16 3/4 and the spread moved to 16 5/8 x 16 7/8.

ESOL: The spread was 6 7/16 x 6 1/2 and the size was 10 x 10. A 25,000 share block crossed at 6 1/2 and they didn't change the spread or the size.

There are a whole bunch of other examples of bogus bid/ask sizes on nasdaq. Not sure what kind of game the market makers are playing here.
