I think a few got scared out of BDE today because they misread the s-3 like you may have.
First the $6 mill is a credit line - which they 'may' use - this is currently not a debenture. BDE will choose when and if they decide to convert any of that credit line into a debenture. Since then, BDE received investments from several major investors including the Saudi Royal family, and CEO of Rysher entertainment, so they may not ever convert that into a debenture.

Of the second, $1 mill debenture, as it states in the S-3, that group has already converted $750,000 and are holding the shares. That leaves a total of $250k in debentures. Not much .....

If you made money on the short, great - but I think the drop is due to a temporary result of a misread S-3. That's just my opinion.
