do you think it is an inefficient use of remaining funds for a company, that in your mind is only worth about a penny, to hire Ernst & Young as independent auditors?

Always good to have a reputable auditor. However, I've seen the big 5 squeal like stuck pigs and run away when it comes time to sign off on the 10Q or 10K of companies such as HITT , CYOE or ABTE. All of which I have higher esteem for than NCDR (well, maybe not CYOE--I'll have to think about that for a while).

We will see what develops.
