He's said 3Q will be worse than expected. Kind of hard to have an excellent 2H with a not-so-hot 3Q unless, of course, Intel blows the doors off in 4Q. Also,

Except expectations are always low for 2Q, lowest of the year.
Niles, with his sell-but attractive call, ought to get a real job.
