It took me three readings of BDE's S-3 to realize that there are less than $250,000 in debentures remaining. I wonder how many shorted and sold today because they thought that $6 mill credit line was already in the form of a debenture. The 7 investors which purchased over 2 mill shares of BDE came in 'after' that line of credit was announced, so BDE may never need to draw on that. Wish I was around to buy under 5 today. This one is going to be quite interesting to watch over the next 6 months. David
