I haven't seen any of the investors or insiders selling. And the one group that held debentures, rushed to convert 75% of them within the first month (May) into stock which they hold. That is not much evidence that they think the stock is going to tank.

I also considered selling after I read the S-3 the first time - because it gives the impression that BDE is loaded with debentures. However, if you read it closely you will see that this is only outlining one option for them. They have not committed to these debentures. And they received a cash infusion from the 7 investors - as well as management of Trojan (the auction channel) who purchased shares of BDE at a cost to them of $1.2 mill. I don't see them selling either.

Intel even owns 300k shares now.

It is going to be interesting to watch. I expect it all to start when entertaindom.com opens in about a month.

Good luck,
David
