Thanks for the link Scoobey-Doo. Although not much is news to us in this 8-K, it does confirm what we already know. AGTI is working hard on their restructuring plan and I think we will be the winners in the end. The way I look at it is that a company that was nearing bankruptcy, opted to fight back and restructure. This is a much more difficult task to accomplish than the other option... Keep up your efforts AGTI !!! CK.
