It looks like they are trying to cut some dead weight (reduce costs) and speaks to the Mole's comment about "right size". I never had any use for Winter Partners anyway since they never answered email concerning press releases they put out for MTi.

The nice thing is that the core is kept alive so there is still hope in turning this thing around. Had the whole damn thing went Ch 11, then we all would be saying our prayers tonight.

Hopefully, we will have a leaner meaner MTi. The only one you want to be now in MTi is the one doing the nut cutting.

Here's hoping our Mole survives--most moles are blind however. They're treated like mushrooms, kept in the dark and fed bull sh!t.

PS: Ch 11 protects a Co from its creditors while it reorganizes--renegotiates debt and that sort of thing. I'm glad it didn't put the whole Co in administration. It would have lost a lot of faith. Everybody likes a survivor. Conrad Hilton faced a similar situation eary in his business career and he refused to accept bankruptcy. He kept a lot of friend and went on to build an Empire--although I don't plan to make MTi my life.
