JFD, Morgan, t2k, jd, etc... I have a question for the group. Recently my full service broker came back to me and presented me with a "fee based" proposal for servicing my account going forward. To put it short, I was pissed. I manage my money, make the investment decisions, and he does the trade execution and accounting for me. That's the extent of his value add. Now he thinks he's in a position to make 1% on my nest egg, and I'm about to yank my account. My "QUESTION FOR THE GROUP": What is the best investment house out there to meet my needs? Should I go to a discount brokerage house, and if so, what is the best one out there? I have taken this service for granted, that was until I recently received the good news. I need some advice as to who has the best value for the commission dollar. Any input would be appreciated. Teflon
