To all: What a day. . .just don't let it fog our longer range vision. I don't see this "rally" developing into anything broadbased or significant. . . just more churning and rotating. . .back and forth. . . them more trades you make, the better it is for the brokerage houses that control it. . .

Have you ever figured how much you pay your broker per week on average? If you did, you would take on a different attitude concerning the service you receive. . .I assure you.

These IPOs are quite volatile. . . the internet stocks are soaring, but not to be trusted for the long-term. . . .I am only playing them as swing trades and positions. . . the sweeps back and forth are tough to take. . .but it has been paying off to hold. . .

By the last week of July, I expect things to go South REALLY fast. . . then we go back to our Bear Market within the larger bull market. . .until Sept/October. . . .but don't be the last one to take positions or you will be sorry. . . I will start taking positions again in late-August [after sell-off]. . . whenever a great stock gets bad news and beaten down. . . just like we did in June to catch some winners for this July Rally.

The next few weeks will be roller-coasterlike. . .which earnings report is next? Will they surprise up? will they disappoint? When do we buy, when do we sell? Which will follow?

If you don't have a plan for playing this earnings season. . .it is best to just stay out. Otherwise, make your plan. . .and stick with it, despite the small bumps in the road.

And as for the analysts that will try to predict whether or not this company or that one will do better or worse than expected. . . .they are mere puppets of the brokerage houses for which they work.

WE Individual Investors, not the Wall Street Analysts, are the ones that can SUBJECTIVELY determine the future of stocks and market trends.
