Merrill and Prudential both upgraded INTC today-------> As I recall Merrill had a price target of $85 while Prudential had a price target of $95 If these price targets are reached surely DELL should participate in the good fortune of INTC. I hope...I hope...I hope...I hope...I hope...I hope...I hope... Can anybody recall when the performance of DELL was so lackluster as it has been the past 6 weeks or so? J.D.
