Shadow, Arthur, I'm starting to see Dell's "pink underbelly"...it's poor communication with the investment community. Very little info coming out of the company...seems like too little...yet I would think there is progress being made. I'm also disturbed by a few postings from the past couple of weeks that Dell IR and others have not been responding to messages sent by shareholders and interested parties. This has happened to me within the past week. From an organizational perspective, this disturbs me. I have both long and short-term Dell holdings, and while I have a level of confidence in the company long term, I'm very frustrated with it's short term performance. And make no mistake about it, short term holdings are becoming a part of the investing paradigm. It now comes with the territory that Dell entered when it became a publicly traded company. It will be interesting to see if Dell rises to this challenge. So, did you two get my email recommendation this morning about buying 1,000 shares of E-Loan...? Regards, George
